Craft Supply FAQ

What types of craft supplies do you offer?

Our selection includes recycled cotton cords, merino wool, natural yarns, embroidery thread, artisan ribbons, steel frames, and handmade accessories like keychain charms — all curated for quality and sustainability.

Are your craft materials eco-friendly?

Yes — we prioritize recycled fibres, reclaimed metals, and low-impact dyes. Our packaging is recyclable, and we ship locally whenever possible to reduce environmental impact.

Where do orders ship from?

All craft supplies ship directly from Vancouver Island, Canada. Orders usually ship within 1-5 business days. Due to our size we try to ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and often Fridays.

Do you sell wholesale or bulk craft supplies?

Yes — we offer wholesale pricing for studios, schools, and makers purchasing in bulk. Contact us to request a custom quote.

Can I mix fibres like wool and cotton in one project?

Absolutely. Many artists blend merino wool with recycled cotton cords or ribbons for added depth and tactile contrast in macramé, weaving, or textile art.
